Seasoned is a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro, distributed with the Seasoned Plugin Manager, that gives you sound effects, transitions and other packs to drag straight onto your timeline. These terms cover using the panel, the Manager, and any packs you install through them.

1. The software

The panel and the Manager are free to download and use. Some packs are free; others may require a license, which is granted to the email address you sign in with. A license lets that account download and update the pack — it doesn't transfer ownership of the pack's contents to you, and it isn't tied to a computer, just to the account.

2. Your account

Signing in is optional and doesn't require a password — you enter your email and we send a one-time code. We use your account only to know which packs you're licensed for and, if you're signed in, to keep the Manager's presence check working. You can sign out of the Manager at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't redistribute, resell, or re-upload packs or the software itself outside of Seasoned.
• Don't attempt to circumvent licensing checks or share a licensed account's access with people it wasn't granted to.
• The sounds, transitions and other assets in a pack are licensed for use in your own video projects, including commercial work, unless a specific pack says otherwise.

4. No warranty

Seasoned is provided as-is. We work to keep it stable and compatible with current versions of Premiere Pro, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for lost work, project damage, or other issues arising from its use. Keep backups of your projects, as you would with any plugin.

5. Changes

We may update the panel, the Manager, packs, or these terms over time. The Manager will show you when an update is available. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date above.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license or account if these terms are violated. You can stop using the software and uninstall it at any time from the Manager.
