Privacy Policy

Seasoned is built to need as little of your data as possible. This page explains exactly what's collected, why, and where it's stored — the same list applies whether or not you ever sign in.
What we collect

Usage reports never include your files, the contents of your presets or projects, or where anything is stored on your computer: for your own presets, the name is the only thing sent.
The presence check
The panel needs the Manager installed to work, since that's what keeps packs and licenses up to date. To confirm the Manager is present, it periodically requests a short-lived, signed token from our server, bound to a one-way hash of your machine — never a raw device identifier, and never anything that identifies you personally on its own.
Sign-in
There's no password. You enter your email, we send a six-digit code through our email provider (Resend), and that code signs you in for up to 30 days at a time. We don't ask for your name, payment details, or anything else to create an account.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We don't track your activity across other sites or apps.
- We don't read, upload, or have access to your Premiere Pro projects or media files. Everything you build in the panel stays on your computer; the names of presets you add to a timeline are the only part of it that's reported, as described above.
Where it's stored
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 and KV), which we use as our database and short-lived cache. Sign-in codes expire automatically after 10 minutes; sign-in sessions after 30 days.
Your choices
You can sign out of the Manager at any time, which removes the local session. To have your email and any associated license history deleted entirely, contact us and we'll remove it.
Children's privacy
Seasoned isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
